Our Money Back Guarantee

Your purchase may be returned for any reason, opened or unopened, within 30 days of the purchase date. Make sure the product is returned in like-new condition and pack all parts (remote, user guide, cables, etc.) securely in the original packaging. Before shipping, call us at 800-221-0932 for a return authorization number to include in your package. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. You are responsible for the cost of shipping a non-defective product back to Audio Solutions and will be charged a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

If you feel your product may be defective, you must call our support line at 800-221-0932 for assistance and to receive approval for a pre-paid return shipping label. Refunds are issued to the same credit card used to complete the original transaction within 7 days of the product being received and verified at our warehouse.
